Block Booking Information

Attendance & Missed Sessions

  • We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, we will do our best to offer an alternative class in the next block, subject to availability, or provide a partial refund.
  • Only one session per block is guaranteed for rescheduling or a partial refund. Additional missed sessions may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bright Moves reserves the right to cancel a block session if there are insufficient bookings. In this case, a full refund will be processed for all affected participants.
  • We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible. If you need to cancel a course or class, please let Bright Moves know in writing (by email: brightmoves@outlook.com) at least 14 working days before the course starts.
  • If you cancel 14 or more working days before the course begins, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a small 10% fee to cover booking and admin costs (such as card or PayPal fees).
  • If you cancel within 14 working days of the course start date, or decide to withdraw once the course has started, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund for the course or any remaining sessions. Thank you for your understanding — this helps us keep our classes running smoothly for everyone.

Single Session Booking Information

Attendance & Missed Sessions

  • Single session bookings are for one class only. Standard single sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable if missed, regardless of the reason for absence.
  • Taster sessions: if you miss a booked taster session, we will do our best to reschedule you into the next available slot, subject to availability. If no suitable slot can be arranged, we’re unable to offer a refund.

  • Single session bookings cancelled by the parent/carer, for any reason and at any time, are non-refundable.
